He has been the lead attorney for protecting, enforcing, and managing the US and global trademark assets of companies of every size, including Fortune 500 and Fortune Future 50 companies, established midsize companies, start-ups, and non-profits. His experience includes trademark registration and selection strategy, copyright registration Trademark Trial & Appeal Board matters, trademark enforcement, domain name acquisition, social media issues and DMCA takedowns and responses, IP licensing, service agreements, agreements for creative talent, and infringement matters. 

 

Jaron attended Wayne State University Law School, where he graduated as the top-ranked student in his class. Before founding Daymark Legal, he worked for a number of years in the intellectual property practice of one of Michigan's largest law firms, where he specialized in protecting and enforcing trademark rights and copyrights.
